The shockwatch and indicator label systems allows the rough handling of parcels to be identified upon arrival at destination, even if signs of damage are not immediatley visible. Enabling you to validate claims to couriers, and if necessary review the general packaging system used for the products.

Each Indicator product uses a different trigger system and product selection will depending on the type and amount of sensitivity you require for your consignment.

The Shockwatch is a small adhesive label incorporating a glass tube which turns red in the event of a shock to the parcel it is attached to, such as a drop from a pre-determined height or a knock in transit.

Shockwatch, Tamper Detection SHOCK WATCH

A self adhesive label measuring 100mm x 100mm incorporating a glass tube which activates by turning red when the article to which it is attached is dropped from above to a pre-determinded height.

There are five Shockwatch colour coded sensitivities designed to active at certain drop heights. The sensitivity required should be based on the product fragility, container cushioning type and design. Each box comes with companion lables. Multi language options are also available.

DROP AND TELL

Drop and Tell Labels are an ideal alternative if you want to manually activate your system. The Drop'n Tell style labels includes two warning labels and is manufactured in six different G-Ranges. (5G, 10G, 25G, 50G and 100G). The device monitoring 5 times the force of gravity is very sensitive, where as the device monitoring 100 times the force of gravity requires a much greater impact to activate.

This chart should be used as basic guide for size, consideration should also be made for drop height, amount and type of protective packaging used.

The Drop'n Tell labels can be attached to your consignment by either removing the liner on the back to expose the adhesive or by nailing or stapling using the holes at either end.

Drop'n Tell can be attached to the inside or outside of the package, once the impact exceeds the given G range on the unit, black arrows snap into place indicating the package sustained a shock.

TIP-N-TELL

Tip'n Tell is a brightly coloured device that product handlers quickly recognise. It includes a system of labels that warns all handlers of a monitoring device. The Tip'n Tell can be mounted on the inside or outside of your shipment and is activated by pulling the bar in the centre of the device. Can be attached via the self adhesive back or by stapling or nailing the tip and tell to the container.

If your product is tipped slightly less than 90degrees or beyond, the clear arrow becomes permenantly blue, which enables your customers to immediately check for damage before signing for goods in good order.

This is an inexpensive method which you can control by activating upon despatch.

All three options, Shockwave, Drop'N Tell and Tip'n Tell are highly effective methods of controlling damage during transit, and minimising costs because of rough handling. Suitable for a wide range of applications.
